Hanover Court-House
The building in which Patrick Henry delivered his celebrated speech on the "Parson's Cause" on December 1st, 1763. The building itself was made of imported brick A.D. 1735. Five men and one dog are posed in front of the building. Caption reads: "Hanover Court-House, Virginia-Noli Me Tangers. Built of imported brick A.D. 1735. It was in this building that Patrick Henry delivered his celebrated speech in the 'Parsons Cause' on December 1, 1763." |
