Heil of Wisconsin hands over 71 war bonds to State Salvage officials, one $25 bond to be awarded in each Wisconsin county to the boy or girl who collects or solicits for delivery, the most old iron and steel, rubber, rags and paper during "MacArthur Week," April 26 to May 2, which the Governor has announced for a special clean-up and salvage collection drive.
