Mobile Civil Defense Test
Elevated view of the 125 vehicles which were used in Wisconsin's first civil defense support battalion test in Madison. The vehicles were parked on Monona Avenue in front of the State Capitol. Businesses on Monona Avenue are Madison Theatre (113), The Perfume Shop (115), Davidson's Cafeteria (117), Beaver Insurance Building (119), and the Federal Building/Post Office (215). |
