Horse Team Pulling Wagon Running Gears

Rear view of a team of work horses pulling a Weber wagon running gear on a rural road. The wagon is parked on uneven terrain to demonstrate the "swivel reach coupling" which was meant to prevent twisting of the reach. Text stenciled on the back of the gear reads "made to government specification standard; cap. 4500 lbs." Patches of snow are visible in the woods at the side of the road. |
