True to the Union

This envelope has a blue "L" shaped bar tipped clockwise. It is filled with white stars and next to each star is the initial of all of the states, Union and Confederate. Tucked into the corner of the bar is a red and blue star with a federal shield in the middle. The words "TRUE TO THE UNION" appear above the star. "TRUE TO THE" is blue and "UNION" is blue with white stars above and diagonal red and white stripes below. Red and blue ink on beige envelope, image in upper left corner.
