"Assisting in the compiling of reference notebooks for prospective nurses are the four wives of doctors pictured above. From left to right, they are Mrs. O. Sidney Orth, Madison, a director of the board of the State Medical society auxiliary; Mrs. Adolf Soucek, Madison, press and publicity chairman for the state auxiliary and a member of the Dane County Medical society auxiliary; Mrs. Victor S. Falk, Jr., Edgerton, head of the nurse recruitment committee for the State Medical auxiliary, and Mrs. George Thomson, Beloit, a member of the Rock County Medical auxiliary. The notebooks will be distributed to Wisconsin's 480 secondary schools." |
