Old Abe Steam Tractor
The Civil War eagle Old Abe became the trademark of the J.I. Case Company, manufacturers of steam tractors and other farm machinery. This tractor is at work for the Horticulture Department of the University of Wisconsin by preparing a seed bed by sterilizing the ground with steam. University of Wisconsin buildings are in the background. |
