Governor's Executive Residence

Holiday card from Warren P. Knowles, Governor of Wisconsin, 1965-1971. The front of the card has a color image of the Wisconsin governor's mansion glued onto a textured and embossed paper card with "Season's Greetings" below it. The inside has a greeting from the governor that reads: "Sincerest Greetings for a Joyous Christmas and the Happiest of New Years," with his signature below. Also inside is a short history of the Executive Residence on a sheet of tissue paper. Offset lithography and embossed.
