Holiday card with three African Americans, two men and a baby. Inside of a black and white border, on a black background, the people appear in the lower left corner with white rays fanning towards the top and right. Inside (shown) is the text "They Bled your Mama, They Bled Your Papa, But They Won't Bleed Me!" Below is the handwritten message, "Have a Revolutionary New Year, Huey P. Newton," founder of the Black Panther Party. Their first meeting was held in 1966 in Oakland, California. On the back of the card is the Black Panther logo and the text "Card designed by Emory, Black Panther Party." |
