The Harmonicats

The Harmonicats were a popular jazz harmonica trio, originally known as the Harmonica Madcats, that was formed in 1944. The original musicians were Murad (bottom) and Al Fiore (middle) of Chicago, and Don Les from Cleveland. The group experienced long popularity, but their biggest hit, "Peg Of My Heart" came in 1947. |
