Hillside Home School Boys' Dormitory

View of the west elevation of the dormitory for older boys at Hillside Home School, the school run by Ellen and Jane Lloyd Jones, aunts of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The building was originally used as a school house and gymnasium. In 1902 Wright designed an addition for the school which was connected to this building by a one-story walkway. This connection can be seen in the lower right of the image. The building was demolished prior to 1932 to allow for the construction of the Taliesin Fellowship's Hillside Drafting Studio.
