Baby Savidge Tractor Demonstration
Notice run in the "Alton Daily Times" newspaper by the Backus Tractor Company for a demonstration of the Baby Savidge Tractor. The text reads: "Backus Tractor Company Demonstrates The Baby Savidge Tractor At Frederick Bowman Farm on Bethalto Road, care of George Tomlinson at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 16th, 1920. There will be a demonstration of the Baby Savidge Tractor never before performed by any other tractor. Every farmer should make it his business to see this unique demonstration. We Challenge all Tractors of rated Tractor 8-16." |
