The title page of the booklet reads: "Reducing Labor and Increasing Profits on the Farm. Wisconsin Farm Tractor Sales Company. General Offices, Madison, Wis. Factory, Sauk City, Wis." An accompanying note reads, "Wisconsin Farm Tractor Co., Sauk City, Wis. This company succeeded the McFarland & Westmont Tractor Co., in 1918, which company had been making tractors since 1918. The Wisconsin Farm Tractor Co. was not listed by Farm Implement News for 1923, so the chances are they have discontinued the manufacture of tractors." |
