Medical staff attending to male and female factory workers at International Harvester's McCormick Works. The factory was owned by the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company until 1902 when it became International Harvester's McCormick Works. It was located at Blue Island and Western Avenues in the Chicago subdivision called "Canalport."
