In case there are more than 5 to a party better rent two cottages and then invite enough to make the party number eight."<p>Located within the Chequamegon National Forest, Jackson Lake is a 142-acre drainage lake with a navigable outlet channel to Namakagon Lake – which is a 3,227 acre drainage lake at the headwaters of the Namakagon River in Bayfield County, Wisconsin.</p>

This photograph is part of a 9 x 7 inch black photo book titled "Nature Lovers Paradise," which was a resort on Jackson Lake near Grand View, Wisconsin. There are a total of 48 black and white photographs, as well as typewritten text describing most of the photographs.

Alan Born managed the family jewelry store in Ashland, Wisconsin. He also took hundreds of photographs of numerous locations in northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, producing postcards from many of the images.
