The text reads: "Farm help has been one of the farmer's great problems. It is hard to get and far from efficient. So scarce has farm help become that the Government has made an effort to mobilize the school boys to do farm work during vacations. As the AUTO-TILLER is run at low speed - not more than two to three miles per hour - there is no risk about letting a woman, boy or girl drive. A little practice will make any twelve or fourteen-year-old boy capable of operating the AUTO-TILLER. With the big tractors an engineer is required, or at least a person with engineering experience." |
