Men Loading Implement on IH Tractor

One man is standing on an IH industrial tractor driver's seat while three other men are loading what appears to be a farm implement onto a trailer. The "International" emblem is on the front side of the tractor. The men are standing on a railroad dock, unloading the implement directly from the railroad car. There is a fifth man standing in the open doorway of the railroad car.
