Bridal Gowns

Wedding gowns representing the fashions of 73 years were presented in a bridal show sponsored by the Madison chapter of the Alumnae Association of Edgewood College. Mae Taggett models the gown which her mother, the former Sena Smithback, wore at her wedding on June 26, 1907. The cafe au lait gown of China silk has leg of mutton sleeves, a high neckline, horizontal tucking details on the skirt and a dust ruffle of ecru lace at the hemline of a full skirt. |
