Kroger Supermarket Opening

The new Kroger supermarket at 525 South Midvale Boulevard features a color scheme developed by Howard Ketcham, nationally-known color, lighting, and design engineer. The air-conditioned store has conveyor belts that are controlled by an electric eye. A quaint Old-English style lamp marks each of the fifteen departments, numbered, with a list of items found in each area. |
