It includes printed compasses, notes on authorities, latitudes, longitudes, soundings, water areas and depths, magnetic variations, water elevations, sailing directions, abbreviations, scales, and opening and closing of navigation. Also shown are lighthouses, docks at Ashland and other locations, railroads, roads, quarries, businesses, shoreline vegetation, and streams flowing into Lake Superior. |
