Truck Trailer with Mural of Endangered Animals
Three men are looking at a trailer with a woman posing on roof holding a paintbrush to a painted mural. One of the men is Ricardo Alonzo, muralist and director of Chicago's West Town Community Youth Art Center. The woman is Ruth Felton. The front of the trailer reads: "West Town Community Youth Art Center" in large yellow and green letters. The side of the trailer is part of a series of murals depicting endangered land animals, and shows a rhinoceros with a tear in its eye, a panda, and two other animals. Attached to the front of the trailer is a white International Harvester F-2010A truck. The door of the truck reads: "Operated by March Tranport Co., 3401 W. Pershing Rd., Chicago Ill." |
