| Located between Elmwood Street and Algoma Boulevard, this is the oldest remaining portion of historic UW-Oshkosh and dates to the school's original status as a State Normal School. The district includes the 1917 Administration and Science Building (Dempsey Hall); the 1912 Industrial Educational Building (Harrington Hall); the 1928 Swart Training School (Swart Hall); and the 1884 Hooper-Oviatt residence (Chancellor's Home). |
