Additional Information:2024: Two-story, American Foursquare-style house constructed in 1906. It has clapboard siding and is topped by a hip roof with overhanging eaves. There is a roof dormer on the north elevation that contains a Palladian window. Fenestration consists mostly of asymmetrically arranged one-over-one, double hung, vinyl replacement windows with simple wood surrounds. The primary entrance features a multi-light wood door with one-over-one, fixed wood sidelights. On the second story, there is a fixed tripartite picture window flanked by one-over-one windows. Additional details include a bay window on the east elevation, carved corner boards and columns, brackets, and finials. There is a one-story garage southwest of the house. It has a rectilinear footprint, clapboard siding, and hip roof. The house is currently used as an office building.
