NOTES
Additional Information:2024: Two-story, single-family residence designed in the Queen Anne style and constructed in 1887. The house has a rectilinear footprint, stone foundation, vinyl replacement siding, and a cross-gabled roof sheathed in asphalt shingles. Fenestration primarily consists of one-over-one vinyl replacement windows and original wood framed picture windows. The west half of the primary, south façade, is a two-story, front-gabled bay with a cutaway bay window on the first story and tripartite window above. The east half contains the recessed main entrance which is sheltered by a shed roof supported by square posts that rest on the poured concrete porch. The porch has a simple metal balustrade and is approached by a set of concrete steps with metal railings. There is a two-story, side-gabled bay on the west elevation with oriel windows on the first and second stories, separated by a band of octagon shingles. Additional characteristics include gable ends finished with shingles and half-timbering and corner brackets at the cutaway bays.
