NOTES
Additional Information:2024: Two-and-a-half-story, Queen Anne-style house constructed c.1895. The house has a rectilinear footprint, stone foundation, replacement vinyl siding, and a hip and cross-gabled roof sheathed in asphalt shingles. Fenestration includes a mix of one-over-one vinyl sash windows and original picture and one-over-one wood sash windows. The primary, south façade, is characterized by a front-gabled bay on the west half and a cutaway bay on the east half. A one-story, mansard-roof porch wraps around the cutaway and extends partway along the east elevation. The porch’s roof is supported by turned wood posts with a spindlework frieze and simple balustrade. The main entrance is recessed under the front gable and topped by a second story porch; both the main entrance and the porch access door are situated on a canted wall. A continuous band of decorative wood shingles separates the first and second stories. There is a small porch at the northeast corner of the house. It is topped by a mansard roof and has matching post, frieze, and balustrade details.
