The design appears in a Hopkins publication titled "Houses and Cottages." copyrighted in 1889 as Design No. 15. This house was constructed with a reverse plan. Identical houses are found at 258 S. Church in Whitewater (record # 10387), West Broadway Avenue in Fairfield Iowa, and in Osceola, Iowa. |
