Designed by the Milwaukee architecture firm Martin Tullgren & Sons, the property consists of two 12-unit apartment buildings built in 1922-23 by the Beach Realty Company for an approximate cost of $75,000. The Raulf Company served as general contractors. The face brick and common brick were supplied by Burnham Bros. and Acme Brick Company, respectively.
