Additional Information: | "Frank Riley, a prolific and talented Madison architect, designed this sorority house in a version of the colonial revival style, one of the most popular of the period revival styles. The house is built of native sandstone, resembles a large Pennsylvania farmhouse and is unlike any other colonial revival design in the district. The Delta Gamma sorority was founded in 1881, one of the earliest sororities established at the University of Wisconsin."
