NOTES
Additional Information:PAIRED BRACKETS UNDER EAVES.

This house is in the NR-listed Grace and Pearl HIstoric District which was listed in 1993. Although the NR identifies this as the Jeremiah Daniels residence, it was Daniels who built it. A note in the local paper reads, "Mr. Pearson purchased the large new house put up by Jerry Daniels, opposite M. R. Hoards. It is not known if this house was purchased by William or Robert Pearson; William came to Sharon in 1875, while Robert came in 1870. This house was not built for Daniels himself, as he lived at 171 N. Martin Street, which was built in 1870.
