| Additional Information: | 2004 -appearance unchanged since 1998 survey. 2023 - This Colonial Revival house was constructed in 1959. The two-story residence faces south and is symmetrically arranged, with a one-story side-gabled wing extending east and an attached garage to the north. The house is clad in a brick veneer with wide clapboards on the second story and eastern addition. The second story overhangs the first story slightly, with decorative brackets below and a large chimney on the eastern end. The house features multi-paned double hung windows throughout, with gable-roofed wall dormers extending past the roofline of the second story. The central front door is flanked by multi-paned sidelights and a wide wooden surround, while first story windows are flanked by decorative shutters, which have been reattached since the time of the previous survey. |
