Additional Information:This three story Contemporary style apartment building was built in 1966. The front elevation is clad in stone veneer and exposed aggregate concrete plaster; and the side walls are painted concrete block. The front elevation contains large paired fixed-light windows lighting the staircase within. Other fenestration in the building consists of slider windows and glass block openings. Two horizontal roofs are located on the front corner of the building; the lower roof is hipped with shingles, and the upper roof is a flat shelf with metal eaves and soffits.
