It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2021 This eleven story Contemporary style apartment building was built in 1971 as a turnkey public housing project for the Milwaukee Housing Authority. The polygonal building is clad in brick veneer and has alternating bays containing paired double hung windows. The concrete floor slab construction is expressed on the exterior of the building, creating a banded appearance. At ground level, the exterior wall is recessed behind exposed concrete piers. A small gable-shaped doorway marks the entrance to the building.
