NOTES
Additional Information:2020 - Resurveyed by UWM-CRM as part of the North Avenue Bridge rehabilitation project.

This two-story commercial building was built in 1897. The building has a modern storefront consisting of two storefront windows, paired glass entry doors with transom, and a single glass entry door with transom accessing the staircase to the second story space. The side walls of the first story are built of brick and contain segmental-arched window openings with replacement rectangular windows. The second story is clad in vinyl siding and contains single and triple one-over-one double hung vinyl windows. A 1986 photo in AHI indicates that the front elevation originally had a boomtown false front with a sign panel, and two two-over-two double hung windows that were altered at an unknown date. The building is accessed by an entry stoop with modern staircase and railing.
