NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This structure is an excellent example of a Victorian duplex house. Its profusion of detail and in comparison to others of the same suggests a later construction date (c. 1875-1880) than reported by the tax program. Constructed of Cream City Brick it is in fine condition and exhibits original form. No main building permit.
Bibliographic References:Tax Program.
