It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. "This Neoclassical Revival building was designed by Claude and Starck. It was built in 1903 with private funds bequested by Mrs. Mary Flavia White in the amount of $17,000. It served as the public library from 1904 until 1991, when the new Irvin L. Young Library was built. The building now houses offices for the Chamber of Commerce, Tourism Council, Community Development Authority and Cable TV Station 13." Touring Historical Whitewater, n.d.
