2010: The main (northwest) elevation of this 14-story, Contemporary-style apartment building is sheathed entirely with brick defined by multiple raised vertical bands at each level. The side (southwest and northeast) elevations feature regularly placed canted bays along the entire length. These bays are outfitted with brick veneer and plate-glass windows. A thin, flat canopy projects over the main entrance and the first level features open parking.

Designed by Tannenbaum & Koehnen, the Quarles House apartment building was constructed in 1963 and built by the Woerful Corporation. It is currently named the Harborside.
