2010: This 22-story, modern era, high-rise condominium building was constructed in 1981 and features numerous angular bays outfitted with balconies. The building is clad with stucco-covered panels. Fenestration consists primarily of glass-plat examples and includes corner windows. A flat canopy projects over a sallyport that serves the main entrance.

Designed by Plunkett, Keyman & Reginato, the Diamod Tower was constructed in 1981. It was built with 112 units by the Hutter Construction Company.
