2010: This is a six-story, Contemporary-style apartment building that is defined on each facade by wide projecting bays outfitted with concrete panels and continuous bands of windows framed with aluminum. The remainder of the building is sheathed with a dark shade of brick.

Designed by Miller & Waltz, the Continental Apartments was constructed in 1962. It originally contained 55 units.
