2010: This expansive, Contemporary-style, nine story, brick apartment building features a polished granite main entrance (southeast facade) surround with a flat hood. Window openings contain single and triple, one-over-one, double-hung windows. Polished granite panels are also found on the first level at the corners and a high, rubble-stone wall hides a loading dock from the street.

Designed by Michael B. Coifman, the subject apartment building, known as Royal Plaza, was constructed by the Royal Plaza Realty Corporation in 1950. It was built with 144 apartments.
