Additional Information:Historic Architectural Survey – Granville CPCN - Stantec, Inc. One and one-half story house on a large lot with a hipped roof with crossing gables, asphalt shingles, and a central brick chimney. The exterior is mostly vertical wood board with pressed stone columns and basement walls. An enclosed porch has screen and a replacement walkway and stoop. There is a large rear addition with a single car garage.
