Additional Information:Historic Architectural Survey – Granville CPCN - Stantec, Inc. Two story Dairy Bank Barn on a large property with a lancet roof with asphalt shingles, two monitors, a side gable central lancet gable entry with a large folding wood door, symmetrical elevations of vertical wood siding, lower fixed windows along a foundation base wall of stamped concrete block. Outbuildings: A concrete silo adjacent to the barn. A circa 1975 colonial revival house with two stories and an pedimented entry to the northeast of the barn, an outdoor pool circa 1985, and a detached garage, likely also from the 1920s, with a hipped asphalt shingle roof, hyphenated passage, wood overhead doors, and stamped complete block walls.
