2019: This property is composed of the main house, dairy barn with attached milk house, concrete silo, outhouse and pumphouse.

House: The George Hannaford House (#10523) is a two story, brick Italianate built in 1879. The footprint is a rectangular in shape that sits on a stone foundation and has a simple hipped roof. It appears, based on the 1975 survey and updated photo, the front façade is missing a front porch. A bay window protrudes from the west facade and a large rear addition is present. The roof is clad in asphalt shingles and the rear addition features a combination of vinyl siding and brick. The house features segmental-arched window openings and original 2/2 windows. There is an arched brick lintel that frames the top of the window opening. The front façade also features the original paired door opening. The doors feature arched windows with a segmented arched transom above. There is also an arched crown framing the doorway that matches the windows. The roof line features a simple cornice board with carved brackets.

Dairy Barn with attached Milk House:
This gabled dairy barn (#240692) sits on a stone foundation and features board and batten siding with an asphalt shingled roof. The barn sits southwest of the house and built ca. 1890. A small milk house attaches to the east end of the east facing façade. The milk house is constructed of horizontal boards and asphalt shingle roof. It sits on a concrete block foundation that does not appear to match the possible date of construction of the barn.

Silo:
The concrete stave silo (#240693) is no longer capped with a metal roof and most likely dates to ca. 1930’s.

Pump-house:
A small pumphouse ca. 1900 (#240694) sits to at the rear of the property. It was originally located in Union Grove, WI and was moved to the property. It is side gabled and rectangular in plan with white clapboard siding, an asphalt roof and a small single entry. A multipaned glass window is located adjacent to the door.

Outhouse:
The original outhouse ca. 1879 (#240695) is located to the rear of the house. It is constructed of vertical boards and an asphalt shingle roof.
