NOTES
Additional Information:This 2 1/2 story Front Gabled house was constructed c. 1900. It is irregular in plan with a cast stone foundation, vinyl
siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with a single
door located at the southern end of the facade and a pair of 1-over-1 windows at the northern end. The door is accessed
by a small shed-roofed entry porch with wooden column supports and a simple wood railing. A second door is located on
the northeast side of the building under a secondary entry porch.

Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the addition of vinyl siding.
