Additional Information:This 2-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1921 . It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation,
brick walls, and a flat roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in plan with a bank of shop windows
and a central recessed doorway across the first story. Two separate doors are located in the doorway recess and are
divided by a metal handrail up the center of a concrete stoop. A retractable awning is located above the shop windows;
the wall below the shop windows is brick veneered. The second story contains banks of 3-over-1 windows.
