Additional Information:This 3-story Georgian Revival apartment building was constructed in 1927. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an
asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is symmetrical in plan. Picture windows and single
doors are located at the raised basement level on each side of the front stoop. The front door is located in the center of
the facade and is accessed by a high concrete stoop with metal railings; a flat-roof with columnar supports shelters the
door. The roof of this entry porch serves as a small balcony. Windows at the second and third stories are 8-over-8 and 6-
over-6.

Resurveyed August 2012; no visible changes.

Built with four apartments located above two small stores in the basement story.
