NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Georgian Revival house was constructed in 1961. It is irregular in plan with clapboard siding and a wood shingled, side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan due to an extension to the west, the façade of which is flush with the façade of the main building mass. The façade of the main building mass contains a central front door that is accentuated with a Classically-inspired surround with squared pilasters on each side, a simple entablature, and a multi-pane transom. On each side of the door, at the first story, are two evenly-spaced 12-over-8 windows. The second story of the main building mass contains a central 12-over-8 windows with two evenly-spaced 12-over-8 windows on each side (mirroring the placement of the windows at the first story). West of the main building mass, the façade of the extension contains two evenly-spaced 12-over-8 windows at the first and second stories. Large, red brick chimneys project from the roof peaks of the main building mass and western extension. 2022: No changes.
