NOTES
Additional Information:Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research.

2010: This three-story, Contemporary-style apartment building is defined by its divided main (northwest) facade. The left (northeast) half contains the main entrance and is defined from ground to roof by nearly alternating large panels of red metal and plate glass set within thin aluminium framing. The main staircase and landings are visible through glass. Meanwhile, the right (southwest) portion of the facade consists of alternating gray and white rough-faced concrete block. Large, replacement casement window units pierce the common concrete block side facades.

Designed by J.D. Levin, the subject apartment building was constructed in 1960. Directories do not state a name, but do indicate that it originally contained 18 units.
