2010: This two-story, Contemporary-style limestone and brick veneered apartment building is topped with a hipped roof. The main (northwest) facade is mostly covered with irregularly stacked limestone and features a long, thin, flat, overhang between floors. The main entrance is a standard doorway with a pair of sidelights on the left (northeast) side. Fenestration consists primarily of large window units that consist of picture window flanked by casement examples.

Designed by D. Gutzmann, the subject apartment building was constructed in 1960. City directories do not indicate a name.
