NOTES
Additional Information:Resurveyed as part of Milwaukee Downtown Connector Arch/History Survey (2010), Prepared by Heritage Research.

2010: This is a three-story, Contemporary-style apartment building whose main (southeast) facade is comprised of a central plate-glass curtain wall that runs the height of the building and is supported by aluminum framing. The large glass wall set within an aluminum frame provides a view to the main staircase and hallway and is immediately adjacent to a panel of fieldstone veneer. The outer portions of the facade are sheathed with brick and contain large openings filled with combination plate-glass and awning windows. The side elevations are common concrete block pierced by regularly placed slider windows.

Designed by W. Liebert, the Carillon Apartments was constructed in 1964.
