This is a two-story, Contemporary-style, brick-veneered apartment building is defined on its main (southeast) facade by a central bay outfitted with a combination of plate-glass and metal panels supported by thin aluminum framing. This bay provides an inside view of the main entrance and stairwell. Thin horizontal bands outfitted with single-pane casement windows and metal paneling are located near each corner of the facade. Meanwhile, the side elevations contain wider bands outfitted with two-pane casement windows.

Designed by D. Gutzman, the Farwell Manor apartment building was constructed in 1962. It originally contained 20 units.
